After-Sales Service

• Provide you with manuals/videos for machine installation, adjustment, setting, maintenance.
• If any problem occurs and you cannot find a solution, you can communicate face to face via 24-hour telecommunication or online.
• If you agree to pay the fee, HHZ engineers and technicians can go to your country to provide services.
• The machine is warrantied for one year and the electrical parts are warrantied for two years. During the warranty period, if any part is not damaged by human factors, we will replace it with a new one for you free of charge. The warranty period starts after the machine is shipped and the bill of lading is received.
• HHZ has an independent after-sales service team. In case of emergency, please call the salesperson or after-sales manager.
