Introduction:
The Liquid Double-head Tracking Filling Packaging Machine employs a plunger quantitative filling principle. Its PLC system automatically controls the bottle’s inlet, positioning, filling, and outlet processes while ensuring full compliance with GMP standards. Suitable for medicine, food, daily chemical, pesticide and fine chemical liquid paste tiling. in the filling station of the filing machine, because the bottle body continually move forward, tracking the filling parts requires four functional actions: tracking down the insertion of the bottle mouth, tracking falling, fast rising and quick return. The system breaks down each functional action into horizontal tracking motion and vertical lifting motion, combining these four actions to form a complete movement cycle.
