We will provide user manuals and videos to support the installation, commissioning and operation of the machine, it will show you how to use this machine correctly.
Q: How about your quality assurance?
A: The machine warranty is 1 year, all machine parts can be replaced free of charge within 1 year if they are damaged (excluding man-made damage). And provide lifetime after-sales service.
Q: How about after-sales service?
A: 12 months after-sales for the whole machine, 24 months after-sales for core parts, more than 12 hours after-sales service team, lifetime technical service guidance.
Q: How about spare parts?
A: After we have handled everything, we will provide you with a spare parts list for your reference.
